I wanted to find a higher wattage LED flood light to replace the halogens and I came across these from LE. I have used many LE products in the past and been pleased with them so I was happy to see they offered what I was looking for. The unit doesn't come with a plug and that's likely because this light can run off of 110 volt or 2220 volt for our European friends. Anyone with basic electrical knowledge can wire a cord cap on the end of this for you so don't let that sway your decision. This light also has an IP66 rating which means it's completely dust tight and can also withstand water jets and spray, so it should do fine when used outside and it's raining. The color temperature is 3000 Kelvin which is a yellow light; very similar to the light given off by the 500 watt halogen bulbs. As far as the brightness goes, it is slightly less than a halogen, but it's a very small difference and for consuming 450 less watts of power, you can't go wrong.
