Lighting EVER offers returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Conditions for a Full Refund of Order and Shipping Fee
If products are defective, we will refund order and shipping fee of return. No restock fee.
Conditions for Full Refund of Order Only (Shipping fee of return is not included)
If products are good, we only return order. Customer pay for shipping fee of return. No restock fee.
Conditions for Partial Refund of Order
When we receive return, we charge 15% restock fee if package damage. In other case, we do not charge restocking fee
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. For international orders, any additional fees for shipping internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. Customized products can not be returned. Product warranty is available.
3. Order over $2,500 can not be returned. Please kindly test sample at first. Product warranty is available.
Return Process
1. Login to your account
2. Click RMA in MY ACCOUNT DASHBOARD
3. Submit order you want to return.
4. If return request meet our requirements, we will approve and send RMA(Return merchandise authorization) material in 1 business day.
5. Send products to address in RMA(Return merchandise authorization).
6. If you have tracking number, please submit it in return tracking. Tracking number help us to identify your return earlier.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue refund in 1 business day after we receive return.
If you pay via Paypal, you will receive refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive refund within 5 business days.
